An established and growing compliance business is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager / Account Manager to support its expanding operations across London and the South East.

Applicants must come from a Legionella or Water Hygiene background and have a strong understanding of compliance-led services within commercial environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts while also identifying opportunities for upgrades, retention and new business growth. The role will involve regular client interaction, tender submissions and overseeing service delivery across a wide-ranging contract base. Experience carrying out service work would be advantageous, although this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of industrial and commercial client accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements
  • Previous experience within Contract Management or Account Management
  • Strong background within Legionella Control or Water Hygiene
  • Commercial awareness and client-facing experience
  • Ability to manage contracts across London and the South East
  • Stable work history preferred
  • Service delivery or hands-on technical experience would be beneficial
