Golden Fox Recruitment is working with a well-established environmental consultancy to recruit an experienced Asbestos Quality Manager to support and develop quality systems across a growing consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience of UKAS-accredited management systems, internal auditing and compliance who is looking to play a key role within a respected consultancy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting accreditation requirements and driving continuous improvement across operational teams.
As an Asbestos Quality Manager, you will:
- Manage and maintain the company's quality management systems
- Lead preparations for UKAS assessments and external audits
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
- Review procedures, policies and technical documentation
- Support operational teams with quality, compliance and best practice guidance
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support training and development around quality processes and standards
The role offers a flexible working arrangement, with a mixture of home working, office attendance and travel to operational sites.
We're keen to speak with Asbestos Quality Managers who have:
- Previous experience in a Quality Manager, Quality Assurance or Compliance-focused role
- Experience working within a UKAS-accredited environment
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and auditing processes
