A highly respected name in the asbestos industry is looking to appoint a Lead Asbestos Surveyor to join their team, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential sites throughout London and the Home Counties.

As a Lead Asbestos Surveyor, you will carry out management, refurbishment & demolition surveys in line with HSG264, ensuring work is delivered to high standards across a range of property types. You will also act as a trusted presence on-site, liaising directly with clients and helping maintain long-standing relationships.

Key Requirements:
  • BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification (minimum)
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to commute across London
