Lead Asbestos Surveyor £38,000 – £43,000 + Full Benefits Package Wembley, North London A highly respected name in the asbestos industry is looking to appoint a Lead Asbestos Surveyor to join their team, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential sites throughout London and the Home Counties. With decades of experience and a reputation built on quality, this consultancy offers a stable environment, long-term client contracts and the opportunity to develop your skill-set further through additional training and support. As a Lead Asbestos Surveyor, you’ll carry out management, refurbishment & demolition surveys in line with HSG264, ensuring work is delivered to high standards across a range of property types. You\’ll also act as a trusted presence on-site, liaising directly with clients and helping maintain long-standing relationships. Key Requirements: * BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification (minimum) * A minimum of 3 years experience as an Asbestos Surveyor * Strong client facing skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages * Full UK driving licence and willingness to commute across London What’s on Offer: * Salary up to £43,000 depending on experience * Company vehicle & fuel card * 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) * Ongoing training & additional qualifications * Health insurance * Company pension scheme This is an excellent chance to join a well-established company that values its people and supports ongoing development.
