A highly respected name in the asbestos industry is looking to appoint a Lead Asbestos Surveyor to join their team, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential sites throughout London and the Home Counties.

The Role:
You’ll carry out management, refurbishment & demolition surveys in line with HSG264, ensuring work is delivered to high standards across a range of property types. You'll also act as a trusted presence on-site, liaising directly with clients and helping maintain long-standing relationships.
Key Requirements:
- BOHS P402 qualification (minimum)
- A minimum of 3 years experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Strong client facing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to commute across London
