Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor Analyst or Asbestos Consultant looking for a local role with genuine work-life balance? We’re working with a UKAS-accredited asbestos management consultancy that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality asbestos surveying and analytical services. Due to continued growth and new contract wins, they’re now looking to appoint an additional Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to cover contracts across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. This is a stable, regional opportunity with an established consultancy that values technical standards and realistic workloads.
As an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
- Carrying out air monitoring, 4 stage clearances and personal air testing
- Collecting bulk samples for asbestos analysis
- Producing accurate asbestos survey reports using TEAMS software
- Representing the consultancy professionally on site
This Asbestos Surveyor Analyst role offers regional contracts only, meaning no extensive nationwide travel.

- Basic salary up to £42,000 DOE
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

To be considered for this Asbestos Surveyor Analyst position, you must have:
- BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH3 equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst or Asbestos Consultant
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience using TEAMS or similar asbestos reporting software
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
