Are you an Asbestos Surveyor searching for a role with variety, stability and excellent earning potential? Our client, a respected UKAS‑accredited consultancy, is looking to welcome a Surveyor to their growing team in Essex. With a strong reputation in the compliance sector, they can offer you exposure to interesting commercial and industrial projects as well as a package that rewards your day‑to‑day work.
Responsibilities
- Carry out asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across a range of sites
- Collect samples and record site data accurately using TEAMS or similar software
- Write detailed and accurate survey reports for clients
- Work in line with current asbestos regulations and company procedures
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and professionalism
- Travel across the Harlow region and beyond — with paid travel time adding value to your salary
Qualifications
- BOHS P402 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalent) with a minimum of 12 months’ proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to cover sites across Essex, Hertfordshire and London
- Strong attention to detail and confident communication skills
- Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
Package
- Salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
