A successful UKAS accredited Asbestos Management Consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor following the successful award of a new contract across Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor looking for predominantly regional work, with the majority of projects based across Bristol and only occasional travel into South Wales.
The successful Asbestos Surveyor will be responsible for:
- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys
- Undertaking bulk sampling
- Producing accurate asbestos survey reports
- Surveying domestic and residential properties
- Ensuring all work complies with HSG264 and current asbestos legislation
To be considered, you'll need:
- BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification
- Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys
- Good understanding of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and handheld tablets
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
