You’ll be joining a well-established, privately owned compliance business with a strong reputation in the water hygiene and Legionella sector. Known for their client-first approach, they work closely with organisations across commercial, healthcare, education and public sector environments — focusing on long-term partnerships rather than transactional service delivery.
The Role
A client-facing position focused on managing and developing existing accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery and identifying opportunities to grow relationships. This is not a cold sales role — it’s about building trust, retaining business and using your technical knowledge to naturally identify additional work.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of water hygiene / Legionella clients
- Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and support
- Conducting review meetings and ensuring service delivery standards are met
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services
- Liaising with internal teams to coordinate works and resolve issues
- Providing technical guidance and compliance support to clients
What They’re Looking For
- Background in Legionella risk assessing, water hygiene or water treatment
- Strong understanding of compliance and water systems
- Experience in a client-facing, supervisory or senior engineering role (or ready to step into one)
- Commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities
- Full UK driving licence
