Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
- Collect bulk samples to be taken in for analysis
- Work across a variety of commercial and industrial properties
- Produce detailed and accurate asbestos survey reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships on site
Requirements
- BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying (ESSENTIAL)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience, with exposure to commercial sites
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across London, Home Counties and occasionally Kent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
