Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys
- Perform air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and other analytical duties
- Produce and compile air quality assessment reports
- Work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites within the South and West Yorkshire region
- Ensure all work complies with UKAS standards and current asbestos legislation
- BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or equivalent qualifications)
- Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow compliance protocols
