Golden Fox Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading environmental and compliance consultancy seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across the commercial and industrial sectors.
This role is well suited to a surveyor who prefers working on commercial and industrial sites and wants to work within a structured, professional organisation with high technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
- Surveying commercial and industrial properties only
- Sampling and recording asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)
- Producing accurate, compliant survey reports
- Working in accordance with UKAS procedures and health & safety requirements
Requirements
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
- Proven asbestos surveying experience
- Strong understanding of HSG264
- Full UK driving licence
