Asbestos Administrator/Project Scheduler Up to £30,000 + Benefits Basildon, Essex Our client, a thriving UKAS accredited Asbestos Management Consultancy based in Essex, are looking to recruit and experienced Asbestos Administrator/Project Scheduler to join their team. We’re looking for someone with the BOHS P402 qualification who takes pride in their work – whether it’s checking reports, supporting site teams or keeping operations running seamlessly. As Asbestos Adinistrator/Project Scheduler, you will: * Quality check asbestos reports before they’re issued to clients * Support site teams with access or scheduling issues * Manage incoming enquiries by phone and email * Plan and schedule site work (training can be provided if needed) * Handle client queries and escalate issues when required * Keep systems up to date and take care of general admin to ensure everything runs efficiently What we’re looking for: * BOHS P402 qualified – essential * Organised, reliable and detail-focused * Confident communicating with colleagues and clients * Experience with scheduling or diary management would be an advantage * Comfortable using Microsoft Office and asbestos software such as TEAMS (or similar) What’s in it for you? * Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience * 28 days’ holiday, company pension with training where needed * A friendly, supportive team who value quality and collaboration This role is ideal for someone with solid asbestos knowledge who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.
