This is a busy, varied role where you will be at the heart of the operation - supporting site teams, keeping projects running smoothly and ensuring clients receive accurate, high-quality reports.
As an Asbestos Administrator/Coordinator, you will be involved in:
- Scheduling works and coordinating diaries for surveyors and analysts
- Inputting data onto TEAMS software and keeping internal systems up to date
- Producing and formatting asbestos reports to a high standard
- Handling incoming enquiries by phone and email
- Liaising with clients to arrange access and resolving any site entry issues
- Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day coordination
