The role offers a great balance between site-based assessments and the flexibility to carry out write-ups from home, ensuring you can manage your time effectively. This position allows you to contribute to meaningful projects without the need for staying away from homethough some travel will be required. . Key Responsibilities: Carry out detailed Legionella risk assessments on a variety of sites, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including HSE guidelines. Produce clear and accurate reports, providing clients with actionable recommendations for Legionella management. Advise clients on best practices for controlling Legionella risks and ensuring water safety compliance. Manage your own workload effectively, with 50% of your time spent on-site and 50% spent working from home. Maintain strong client relationships, offering professional advice and support throughout each project. . What Theyre Looking For: A City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing or equivalent certification. Proven experience in Legionella Risk Assessing and good background within the industry Strong knowledge of the latest legislation and guidelines related to Legionella control (ACOP L8, HSG274 etc) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and provide expert recommendations. A proactive approach to work, managing both site visits and report-writing tasks efficiently. Full UK driving licence, with some travel involved (though overnight stays are not required). .
