We are looking for a talented individual to join our team at Golden Fleece, Thirsk. Due to some long-term absences, we are seeking an ambitious person to take up this leadership role in our busy kitchen. Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy fresh food kitchen, we cater to guests from breakfast through the whole day and aim to deliver exceptional food experiences.
You will be a chef on a professional journey who already has experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef and may be looking to achieve a rosette award. It goes without saying you will know how to manage gross profit margins and will be a great people manager.
