What you\’ll be doing:

As part of the Customer Trust team, you’ll be responsible for the execution of the first line assurance/oversight plan. You’ll use your technical compliance and risk expertise to undertake testing to evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of our internal controls.

Reporting to the Oversight & Assurance Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and conducting thematic reviews across the first line
  • Delivering accurate, clear and insightful thematic review reports
  • Identifying and supporting the implementation of and testing controls across our customer journey
  • Supporting the production of valuable and insightful reporting on a monthly basis

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an individual who possesses demonstrable knowledge of FCA regulations, governance frameworks, and compliance standards. In addition, the successful candidate will have the ability to design and deliver thematic risk reviews and effective control monitoring, working closely with colleagues.
