We’re looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Glasgow.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, funeral directors, and internal teams—providing outstanding service via phone and email.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to customer and partner enquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
  • Updating funeral plan details and processing changes
  • Supporting the finance team with admin tasks and document preparation
