Golden Brain is a marketing communications agency specializing in three key areas: warehouse automation, industrial automation, and commercial vehicles. We represent clients from Europe, the US, and China, and we offer the full range of marketing communications services – from public relations and content creation to event management and organization.

We are a proud partner company of Interact Analysis, a global leader in supply chain automation market intelligence. This unique partnership allows us to fuse deep analytical understanding of our clients’ businesses with the creative energy needed to connect them with customers, the media, industry change-makers and, ultimately, the world.

What You’ll Do

  • The successful candidate will work across a diverse range of client accounts, including global leaders in our core 3 areas across Europe, the US, and China.
  • We’re looking for someone highly organized and confident managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • You will produce high quality written communications and be comfortable analysing data to report campaign performance to clients.
  • You will also support the account manager with administrative tasks such as maintaining media lists, updating our CRM system, and managing project planning tools.
  • A key part of the role involves building strong relationships with trade media journalists and outlets via phone and email to secure high quality coverage for our clients.
  • You will also help organise and attend media briefings, ensuring our clients maintain a positive and visible presence within their industries.
  • There will be opportunities to get involved in the creative side of campaigns, including contributing to content creation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work at pace.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple clients/projects at once.
  • Competent writing skills, with the ability to understand and write about technical subjects.
  • Fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is preferred, but not essential.
  • Some prior knowledge of digital media and/or PR and marketing is an advantage — including socials and SEO (ideal but not required, full training will be provided).
  • Confidence to communicate professionally with clients, journalists and colleagues in both written and verbal forms.
  • A dedicated, ambitious and motivated individual.

We offer flexible and remote working, but this is a hybrid role, so you must live within an hour of our Northampton office or be willing to relocate.

What We Offer In Return

  • We offer a collaborative, trusting and supportive environment with exciting, diverse projects and an international team.
  • We’re committed to a culture that encourages expertise to flourish. This means you’ll get plenty of opportunities for training and development, and enthusiastic support for your ideas about how we can do things better.
  • As an ambitious company focused on rapid growth, we aim to provide our team with an exciting and varied career full of opportunities.

Benefits & Salary

  • Starting salary of £25-29k for a 35hr week, based on experience, with the opportunity for rapid progression.
  • Competitive benefits package including private healthcare, healthcare cashback scheme and Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme.
  • Employer that respects and promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Please include a cover letter with your application.
