Cynet, a unique and rapidly growing startup that is changing the way people do cybersecurity, is looking for a Sales Director UK. As the Sales Director you will lead our sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering key relationships to expand market presence. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans, capitalize on market opportunities, and ensure the successful penetration of our cybersecurity product across diverse industries.

Requirements:

  • Mentor and coach the direct sales organization, including setting a structured training plan for career development.
  • Bring proven cybersecurity experience, with a strong understanding of working with distributors, resellers, and MSPs.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on volume metrics, lead pipeline status, conversion rates of sales-accepted opportunities, and playbook effectiveness.
  • Refine and evolve a scalable, measurable, and predictable process to exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Partner with senior sales leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute a successful go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Oversee sales and technical enablement efforts to ensure readiness and consistent performance.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with clients and serve as a primary liaison between them and Cynet.
  • Effectively deliver Cynet's value proposition and other key messaging to clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Stay up to date on Cynet's products, competitive landscape, and industry trends, and share this knowledge to educate and influence new clients.
