Are you a passionate social brand manager ready to elevate a beloved skincare brand? We are searching for a strategic and creative individual to lead the Paid Advocacy strategy for La Roche Posay UKI!
This role will empower you to:
- Shape the Narrative: Develop and execute innovative paid influencer and medical advocate social strategies, driving paid Share of Views and amplifying La Roche Posay's medically-anchored messaging.
- Social Media Savvy: Demonstrate a deep understanding of social media platforms, content excellence, and audience engagement strategies to drive Mentions. Continuously monitor competitor activities and industry best practices to inform brand strategy.
- Trendsetting & Disruptive: Identify emerging trends, implement cutting-edge strategies, and create unique activations to engage audiences of all ages.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and analytics tools to track performance, maximize ROI, and inform strategic decision-making for all paid advocacy activities.
- Lead & Collaborate: Manage external agency partners, work with internal teams (commercial, medical, brand) locally and globally, and collaborate with the wider CDO team to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns across engagement touchpoints.
A Day in the Life
The Senior Social Brand Manager is responsible for driving the paid influencer strategy to increase Share of Views within the skincare category, requiring a strategic mindset, creativity, and agility to meet Share of Influence targets.
Work closely with the brand team to deliver influencer content for campaigns, pushing boundaries on content quality and selecting the right profiles to communicate the brand message.
Stay informed on social media trends, competitor activations, and industry news to inspire the wider brand team.
Use internal reporting tools daily to monitor influencer metrics and overall brand performance, presenting insights to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with the La Roche Posay Love Advocacy lead, influencer agency, and global teams to achieve advocacy objectives, as well as with the wider CDO team for strategic campaigns.
Coordinate with the Commercial team to provide content for retail partners and drive social selling campaigns.

- Experience in Paid Influencer strategy and execution at manager level.
