This opportunity is for a global benefits associate to join Fidelity’s Global Workplace Consulting practice based in London. You will be part of a growing team whose primary objective is to support clients in a fast-changing global benefits environment and to respond to problems in a timely manner.
The role supports our international consulting capabilities working with senior teams to build out our international tools and offerings. Additionally, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of client projects across a wide range of benefit consulting services including international health, risk and retirement projects.
The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic team that develops and expands Fidelity’s capability as a provider of global employee rewards and benefits consulting services. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop global benefits consulting skills encompassing retirement, healthcare, risk consulting and global governance strategies.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- You will have +1 years’ experience working in employee benefits, preferably including global benefits management (international healthcare and risk benefit programs, including global and local plans) and global benefits strategies.
- Experience with retirement programs overseas, specifically in connection with DC programs is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
- Curiosity about developing new solutions and supporting sales initiatives.
- Comfortable working within ambiguity with desire to broaden your knowledge.
- Time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Global Workplace Consulting practice focuses on providing strategic consulting support to multinational clients.
