ESD are recruiting on behalf of a growing NASC-accredited scaffolding contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Director to oversee their expanding portfolio of scaffolding projects across London and the South East. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving operational delivery, maintaining high standards of health & safety, and supporting continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple scaffolding contracts from tender through to completion
- Manage and lead teams of contract managers, supervisors, and site personnel
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts
- Oversee commercial performance and ensure compliance with NASC standards
- Provide regular reports and updates to company directors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior scaffolding role at Contracts Manager/Director level
- Strong operational, commercial, and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations and industry best practices
- CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card or equivalent preferred
