As a Cybersecurity Risk Intelligence Vice President in our Cybersecurity Risk Intelligence and Advisory team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the firm's digital assets and infrastructure and enhancing our resilience against evolving cyber threats. Responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, you will inform and influence control measures across the organization. Your expertise in synthesizing large volumes of data will enable you to produce clear and concise risk narratives tailored for diverse audiences, translating complex technology messages into actionable business insights. Your work will significantly impact the firm's operations, fiscal management, public image, employee morale, and client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse and synthesise large volumes of data to identify key cybersecurity risks, trends, and potential technology failures.
- Develop clear, concise risk narratives that effectively communicate complex issues and risks, including technology failures, to both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring publications to meet the needs of different audiences.
- Translate technical cybersecurity messages and technology failure insights into business context to inform and influence control measures across the organization.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts, control/product owners, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
- Work under pressure with engagement leads, technical analysts, and subject matter experts in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment to develop strategies for mitigating the impact of technology failures and enhancing system resilience.
- Represent cybersecurity risk intelligence and advisory at governance forums to present the latest cyber risks and technology failure insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to achieve operational goals and business objectives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or risk management discipline, focusing on risk analysis and mitigation.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and technology operations concepts, terminology, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, design, and deliver high-quality presentation materials.
- Proven ability to synthesise complex data into clear and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (Microsoft Office, Confluence, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing and editing, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT industry.
