As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.Job responsibilitiesOversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targetsLeverage expert knowledge of technologies and solutions to drive an integrated receivables approach that marries the firm\’s payment productsCreate and manage business case ROI tools quantifying the value we can deliver through operational processes and working capital improvementSegment the portfolio and analyzing product usage and trends across the CB client base to identify areas of opportunity and vulnerabilityCoordinate and prioritize product input on CB investment process via input from Clients, Product Solutions Specialists, Treasury Services (TS) Sales, and BankersDevelop close relationships and alignment with Product Management counterparts in Corporate Investment Bank and Consumer and Community BankingLeads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growthCoaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesOwns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectivesMonitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiationRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSignificant years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExtensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsProven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsAbility to translate product vision into phased design requirements followed by execution of a go to market product launchDemonstrated leadership experience with multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Service, Sales, Marketing and across management levels on simultaneous projectsSales enablement experience with bringing new product capabilities to market and supporting sales educationSegmenting, tracking, and analyzing client product usage, profitability, risk profiles, and pipeline developmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRecognized thought leader within a related fieldBackground in technical software engineering or related fieldStrong preference for additional experience with traditional treasury management payment productsAbout UsJ.P.
