Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Principal Solution Architect, Sales Performance Management (SPM) to join our Professional Services team in the UK.

Your Impact

Responsibilities

  • As a Principal Solution Architect, you are responsible for the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions in strategic accounts.
  • Serve as the Architectural SME for large-scale Sales Performance Management implementations.
  • Work with customer teams to transform and optimise business process through the Anaplan Platform.
  • Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
  • Support scoping, estimations and customer presentations as part of a Solution Sales process.
  • Assist with knowledge management, mentoring and enablement across the Professional Services Teams.
  • Maintain relationships across internal teams, customers and partners.
  • Design and lead development of data integration and migration solutions.
  • Support and oversee UAT testing and deployment.

Preferred Skills

  • Tenured experience implementing Sales Performance Management Solutions (Anaplan, SAP, Varicent or similar).
  • Domain expertise in Sales Performance Management (Sales Forecasting, Territory and Quota, Incentive Compensation Management).
  • Ability to lead and consult on complex projects.
  • Knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology.
  • Experience of data integration processes and platforms.
  • Passion for business analytics, modelling and planning.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented, highly motivated, a self-starter.
