About your role
As a Principal Consultant with the CRL team, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering S/4HANA enabled transformation programs, focusing on S/4HANA Finance, including Central Finance (CFIN), Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and integration with modules like MM, EWM, SD, PPI.
- Integrating with upstream and best-of-breed solutions such as BlackLine, Trintech, or similar.
- Designing and implementing a Finance Operating Model to define the future role of Finance and how it will deliver services in terms of process, technology, people, and organization.
- Designing and delivering best practices for R2R processes across various sub-process areas like fixed assets, intercompany, profitability analysis, product costing, project accounting, period-end close, and consolidation.
- Leading pre-sales discussions and helping clients shape their Finance transformation roadmap.
- Participating in practice development activities to support sales and internal capability growth.
Requirements
- Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the official language(s) of the country and English (C2 proficiency).
- Willingness to travel for projects.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices, with experience in Agile SAP implementations and activity planning.
- Experience facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into design.
- Client-facing skills and ability to lead SAP implementation workstreams through all phases.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a process improvement mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to transfer knowledge and stay updated on current trends and technical advancements.
- Proven professional success, preferably in Consulting Services.
