This leading City and international firm is seeking a qualified and commercially astute lawyer supporting the Head of Partnership Affairs in advising on key matters related to the firm\’s structure, governance, and partner arrangements. Working closely with the General Counsel, Global Leadership Team, and Partnership Affairs team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the firm\’s compliance with its constitutional framework and supporting operational changes across the partnership.In this unique role, you will provide expert legal advice on partner joiners and leavers, profit-sharing arrangements, internal movements, and bespoke partner agreements. You\’ll liaise across the Legal Department, Risk Partners, and other internal teams to support structural changes, manage regulatory obligations, and facilitate clear, consistent communication on legal matters within the firm. You will also contribute to strategic projects such as office openings and constitutional updates, and assist in managing the firm\’s professional indemnity insurance process.To be considered, you should bring international practice experience, strong analytical and organisational skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You could be from either a corporate or other relevant background and should also have some knowledge of partnership law, tax, or regulatory compliance.
