Join a world-renowned strategy consultancy as a Partner PA, supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment. The Role:

In this role you’ll provide dedicated PA support to three dynamic Partners. The role spans both commercial and administrative areas and offers significant exposure to client activity and internal initiatives.

  • Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
  • International travel coordination and itinerary planning
  • Client project support, including document preparation, milestone tracking and internal scheduling
  • Strategic business development support – maintaining CRM records, tracking pipelines and coordinating pitch prep
  • Event and meeting logistics – from internal functions to global client-facing events
  • Internal contributions – involvement in firm-wide initiatives such as Diversity & Inclusion, ESG, and sector-specific projects

This is a highly collaborative team environment with a supportive PA cohort, and you’ll be encouraged to develop both professionally and personally.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced, confident Senior PA, ideally from a professional services background (strategy consulting or legal desirable)
  • Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders, with strong judgment, discretion, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Outstanding attention to detail and calm under pressure
  • Commercially astute with experience supporting BD, events, and reporting processes
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and CRM/database systems
