This hire would be one of the first hires into a niche team and as such will offer the successful candidate swift progression, access to some extremely high profile clients, and an opportunity to have strategic input.
Client
A full-service award-winning commercial law firm, recognised in the Legal 500, operating nationally and internationally, with a strong reputation for technology related work. This role has come about due to growth and is a key hire for this team.
Role
Working as part of a wider technology and commercial team on high value, strategic procurements and contracts. Taking an active role in business development, including preparing pitches and tenders, providing training and building client relationships. Providing non-contentious advice on a wide range of technology projects, including framework agreements, collaborations, software purchases, digital transformation projects, cloud migration, outsourcing and risk assessment and governance/oversight projects.
You
5-7 years PQE Commercial contracts solicitor with a passion and/or experience for tech work. Pragmatic approach to your work, with a can-do attitude. Dynamic person who will take over current clients and run with the trajectory of this work - clients include social media / travel platforms and major names in retail energy. Data Protection and/or tech experience will be beneficial. Innovative thinker.
