Key Responsibilities- You will work closely with senior leaders, Centres of Excellence, and subject matter experts to develop tailored learning strategies that address specific business needs.
- Using your commercial insight and data analysis skills, you will identify complex training challenges and deliver effective solutions.
- Managing projects from start to finish, you will continuously improve programmes and act as a trouble-shooter for emerging training demands, ensuring the organisation stays ahead.
- Building strong relationships with leaders and HR, you will uncover learning opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
- You will lead the design and delivery of scalable, sustainable training initiatives, measuring their impact through data.
- Managing multiple projects, you will collaborate with specialist teams to ensure smooth implementation.
