About The Company:
Our client is a scaling Technology business with a strong reputation within a small number of niche sectors but they have huge potential to diversify into other growth areas. They are a successful founder-led business based in London with around 80 staff and they need a strong COO to join them on an Interim basis while they are recruiting a permanent appointee. This role would therefore be particularly suitable for someone who would also consider a permanent appointment. The company culture is friendly, collaborative, and supportive with employees and customers at the heart of everything they do. As such they are looking to bring on board an Interim COO to work closely with the founder CEO to ensure the high-quality delivery of their projects and play an integral part in the future growth of the business.
Director of Operations – The Role:
In this senior position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration of their activities to deliver high-quality final projects. You will be responsible for managing manufacturing operations (based in Asia) as well as logistics, service delivery, finance and HR. You will be leading teams, liaising with various stakeholders, overseeing project deliverables, and upholding industry regulations to maintain their strong marketplace reputation. Your expertise in operations management and dedication to quality control will be instrumental in driving their success.
