This includes collaborating across teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving value creation and project success.This role reports to the Senior Director of EMEA Delivery and leads a team of project managers. It requires a passionate leader capable of influencing and embedding change across the region and organization.Key ObjectivesDevelop best-in-class deployment and execution capabilities.Oversee project delivery ensuring scope, time, cost, quality, and benefits targets are met.Support strategic portfolio planning, prioritization, and business case development.Attract and develop high-performing talent.Remove barriers to successful delivery.ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Guide, support, and coach team members; challenge senior stakeholders for alignment.Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement regional strategies; oversee key initiatives.Value Realization: Drive benefits realization; leverage new technology and capabilities.Risk Management: Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.Performance Metrics: Define and report on success metrics.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels to meet strategic goals.How You Make a DifferenceStrategic, analytical, and focused on value creation beyond financial metrics.Experienced in engaging senior stakeholders and working closely with delivery teams.Strong collaborator, coach, and team developer.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven track record in delivering large-scale change programs globally.Experience with strategy realization within an SRO framework.Strong understanding of strategic deployment, KPIs, and planning.Leadership experience in strategy deployment and project management.Business acumen, market awareness, and people skills.Proficiency with strategic visualization tools (e.g., Hoshin Kanri, Benefits Mapping).Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills.Professional project management qualifications (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, MSP, PROSCI) preferred.About RS GroupFor over 80 years, RS Group has been solving engineering problems worldwide.
