Overview
Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Head of SEO & Content to join our top client in London. You will manage a significant growth function within their business, leading both a UK and overseas team, supported by two Directors.
Technical SEO Experience
- Conducting full technical audits with prioritized actions
- Keyword research & mapping
- Website migration experience
- Page speed optimization
- Rank tracking
- Building SEO reports
- Schema mark-up (including JSON-LD)
- Proficiency with crawling tools like Screaming Frog or cloud-based alternatives
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
- Experience with off-site SEO campaigns
Tools & Platforms
- Screaming Frog
- Google Search Console (GSC)
- Google Analytics (GA) or Omniture
Content Skills & Experience
- Understanding of content ideation, production, outreach/PR, and asset lifecycle
- Collaboration with insights, design, development, copywriting, and PR teams
- Managing multiple content campaigns to meet performance goals
- Using planning, execution, and analysis tools such as Trello, Monday, media outreach tools, and KPI tracking
