The role… As the Head of Revenue Enablement, you will lead the development and execution of revenue enablement strategies for Dojo’s internal sales and partnerships teams, our payment consultants as well as our partners. You will drive revenue growth by equipping sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed, while also partnering with marketing and product teams to align efforts and improve the customer journey. This role is a 12-month maternity cover contract and based in the Dojo headquarters in London.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Design and deliver impactful and engaging enablement programs, including onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing support.
- Maintain a repository of high-quality sales content, collateral, and training materials including presentations, proposals, case studies, and other resources that can be easily accessed by the different GTM teams.
- Lead product enablement efforts, training GTM teams on how to integrate new features, products, and services into their sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date on competitor news, industry trends and company strategy to inform and enhance training content, ensuring the sales teams and partners are well-equipped to address customer needs and objections.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement technology platforms (e.g., sales content management systems, training platforms).
- Establish and manage a metrics framework to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather feedback from sales teams, partners and stakeholders, and use that feedback to continuously improve enablement programs and processes.
- Manage a high performing team of Revenue Enablement Partners focused on delivering impactful training and enablement solutions from a portfolio of enablement programs.
What you will bring...
- A proven track record of building and leading successful Revenue Enablement teams, with a minimum of 10 years of experience driving impactful enablement strategies in similar high-growth environments.
- Experience in leading onboarding and enablement for internal GTM teams and external partners.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques, including sales prospecting and value based selling.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills. Able to deliver compelling training content to internal and external audiences.
- Strong process and program management skills.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools that enhance sales performance and productivity.
- A data driven approach to clearly articulate meaningful, actionable insights through analytics to drive decision making.
- Prior experience in sales preferred.
