What you will do to be successful in this role as Head of Product Operations:
- Drive operational excellence in the product development lifecycle by developing and implementing strategic frameworks, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with Product Leadership to define and execute the product ops strategy, ensuring operational alignment and efficiency across all product teams.
- Establish and maintain clear, consistent reporting on product development and delivery performance, providing actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine standardised product development workflows and processes to improve efficiency, predictability, and quality.
- Lead initiatives to optimise the product roadmap process, feature prioritisation frameworks, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring clear visibility and communication of product goals and progress.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in product management, collaborating closely with Product Managers to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Own the strategy, implementation, and optimisation of product management tools and systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the product team while maintaining data integrity, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive interoperability and integration between product management tools like Aha!, Pendo, and other relevant business systems GitHub, Salesforce to enhance cross-functional collaboration and data flow.
- Administer and enforce governance and access controls for product development tools and systems, balancing usability with security and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement frameworks for collecting, analysing, and reporting on key product performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.

- Expert in product metrics, data frameworks, and the use of tools such as GitHub, Aha!, Pendo, Salesforce, to drive insights and optimise product outcomes.

- Skilled at identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks to improve product delivery.
