As our Head of Content Design, you will:
- Shape the future of financial guidance: Lead the integration of Cleo’s tone of voice into the product and set the vision for content design that engages millions of users with personalised, delightful experiences.

What We’re Looking For:
- This is a senior leadership position which requires significant experience in a similar leadership role in product-focused tech companies.
- Deep expertise in content design or UX writing, with proven success crafting engaging and user-centred experiences for mobile products.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in conversational design and chat-focused user interfaces.
- Previous experience and understanding of designing products for a US audience.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and mentoring teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.
