YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a community lead for our upcoming MMORPG. The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in the game, the community, and content, staying engaged with community feedback and activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a vibrant community around web3 gaming.
- Design engaging experiences on Discord to boost participation.
- Create and manage multiple Discord servers, including strategic planning and bot integrations.
- Address potential issues affecting project revenue, such as player unrest and exploits.
- Identify key community members for collaborations and press opportunities.
- Coordinate with game and marketing teams for events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Acceptance, attendance, or graduation from a competitive 4-year college program.
- Public speaking experience (e.g., podcast, debate club, micro-influencer).
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with social media, live streaming, and digital content creation.
- Native English speaker.
- Residing in North America, South America, Korea, Japan, Singapore, or Taiwan.
DESIRABLE
- Experience with social media management tools like Hubspot.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot.
- Content creation or micro-influencing experience.
- Ability to speak Korean or Mandarin.
