This senior role is responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and performance of the Active Trader Program, which delivers value through exceptional service, rebates, loyalty rewards, events and a bespoke benefit structure tailored to elite traders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and scaling customer loyalty, VIP, or high-net-worth client programs within the FX/CFD or financial services industry.
