A fantastic community pub with a great regular trade. This newly developed, popular pub offers a competitive salary of GBP 65,000. My client has a fantastic role available in East London. This is a newly developed pub, with a focus on food, offering fresh food and table service. They are looking for a leader to develop the business and engage with the local community. Although the business will be more wet-led, it is all about the food, and there is flexibility to innovate with the menu alongside the Head Chef. The business operates with a 60/40 wet-to-food sales ratio.

The General Manager Role

As General Manager, your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards for food and drink quality. It is essential that the General Manager remains visible and engaged with customers, as repeat business is a key revenue stream. All marketing and local PR are handled in-house, so a General Manager with a passion for community involvement is required.
