This is a newly developed pub, with a focus on food, offering fresh food and table service. They are looking for a leader to develop the business and engage with the local community. Although the business will be more wet-led, it is all about the food, and there is flexibility to innovate with the menu alongside the Head Chef. The business operates with a 60/40 wet-to-food sales ratio.
