Say hello to opportunities. It’s not every day that you consider starting a new career. We’re RingCentral, and we’re happy that someone as talented as you is considering this role. First, a little about us, we’re a $2 Billion annual revenue company with double-digit Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and a $93 Billion market opportunity in UCaaS, Contact Center and AI-powered adjacencies. We invest more than $250 million annually to ensure our AI-enabled technology and platforms meet or exceed the needs of our customers. RingSense AI is our proprietary AI solution. It’s designed to fit the business needs of our customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles we apply to our core software solutions.

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Director of Partner Marketing to drive strategic marketing initiatives with Wholesalers, large distributors, and channel partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific (EMEA-APAC). This individual will be a critical leader in our organization, responsible for shaping the marketing strategy for our largest and most strategic partners, fostering executive-level relationships, and expanding revenue opportunities across regions.

This role requires a strong executive presence, a proven track record in partner marketing within the telecommunications or technology sector, and the ability to lead and inspire a geographically dispersed team. You will be a trusted advisor to partners, helping them realise success through collaborative marketing strategies and joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Strategic Partner Marketing Leadership: Design, develop, and implement regional marketing strategies that align with the goals of top-tier Wholesalers, distributors, and channel partners. Establish and execute joint marketing plans that leverage both our Partner Program’s vision and the unique objectives of each partner. Create scalable, repeatable go-to-market programs that deliver measurable business outcomes for partners and maximise partner-led revenue generation.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, strategic relationships with marketing executives at key partner organizations to align on marketing priorities and ensure mutual success. Represent our company at executive forums, partner events, and key industry conferences, serving as a thought leader and advocate for collaborative marketing initiatives.
  • Program Execution and Optimization: Oversee the development and execution of targeted GTM campaigns, co-branded programs, and joint marketing activities such as webinars, executive roundtables, tradeshows, and customer-facing events. Drive adoption of partner marketing resources, ensuring that partners are equipped with up-to-date materials and tools to promote our solutions effectively. Evaluate and negotiate marketing investments, ensuring optimal ROI from co-marketing programs and partner marketing development funds (MDF).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing, geographically dispersed marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals while providing guidance for professional growth and success.
  • Revenue Growth and Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to onboard new wholesalers, Service Providers, and channel partners, positioning them for immediate and sustained success. Identify and capitalise on opportunities to grow revenue with existing partners, expanding market reach and driving incremental business value.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to align marketing activities with broader organizational objectives. Ensure a seamless partner experience through synchronized efforts across teams and functions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel partners, preferably within the telecommunications, UCaaS, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing scalable partner marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, campaign management, and partner marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 40%) across EMEA-APAC regions.

What we offer:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance
  • Pension
  • ESPP/KEEB
