We are seeking an experienced Director of Credit Risk and Consumer Lending Analytics to join this progressive, visionary, hypergrowth company.About the Role:This leadership role involves developing and implementing credit risk strategies for consumer lending products such as automotive financing, personal loans, and credit loans. You will leverage your experience to drive data-driven decisions, enhance risk management practices, and support platform growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Credit Risk and Consumer Lending Analytics team, including two direct reports.Develop and execute comprehensive credit risk management frameworks and strategies.Perform in-depth analysis of credit risk across various consumer lending products and implement risk mitigation measures.Utilize data science and decision science techniques to optimize lending processes and improve risk assessment.Requirements:Extensive experience in consumer lending, particularly with personal loans, car loans, and credit loans.Strong background in credit risk management and analytics.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a small team.Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software, with a solid understanding of predictive modeling.What We Offer:Competitive salary ranging from £150,000 to £200,000 per annum.Attractive 7-figure shares package based on event performance.Hybrid working model, with 3 days per week in the London office.How to Apply:Please submit your CV and apply by 3rd August to be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
