Our Delivery Principals will be accountable for the overall successful delivery in an account and responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth. You will be responsible for the following:
- Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Financial Services Sector across multiple technologies
- Deliver applications, services, products or platforms
- Ensures appropriate governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery
- Responsible for large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
- Communicating and negotiating effectively and credibly with our clients
- Driving presales and business development to expand an existing business, including written bid-response and formal presentations
- Motivating and empowering teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values
Qualifications:
- Significant evidence of managing successful outcomes and driving delivery of multi-million technology programmes in the Financial Services domain
- Experience in managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
- A background in technology and capable of understanding technology solutions, challenges and future opportunities
- Evidence of being able to communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly
- Strong commercial awareness with evidence of building strategic client partnerships and business development
- Significant pre-sales and business development experience, including written bid-response and formal presentations
- Evidence of building high calibre delivery teams
