You will play a pivotal role in transforming PHQ into a global force in predictive intelligence.This is not a conventional executive role — we are seeking a mission-aligned leader with strong capital commitment and the drive to build one of the most consequential AI platforms of the decade.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Shape and execute global operational strategy in alignment with PHQ’s long-term vision and the CEO’s directives.Global Expansion: Oversee market entry strategies across regions (US, UK, EU, MENA, India, APAC), ensuring compliance, localization, and brand positioning.Capital Infusion: Invest $2 million into PHQ to support initial scaling and technology development.Partnership Development: Build alliances with governments, health systems, AI labs, and strategic partners across sectors.Operational Management: Set up international offices, manage legal and HR frameworks, and ensure operational efficiency across jurisdictions.Board & Governance: Serve on the board as a co-founder and contribute to critical governance and scaling decisions.Fundraising Support: Assist in institutional rounds post-seed, working alongside the CEO to attract top-tier investors and VCs.Ideal Candidate ProfileEntrepreneurial Background: Experience as a founder, C-level executive, or investor in AI, digital health, fintech, or emerging tech ventures.Global Visionary: Proven track record of managing or expanding companies across multiple countries or continents.Investment Capacity: Ability and commitment to invest $2 million USD into PHQ at the early growth stage.
