Responsibilities: Lead all commercial finance matters and implement best-in-class processes suitable for high growth periods. Partner with department heads to understand key issues and business drivers. Educate store teams on the importance of accuracy, budgets vs forecasts, etc. Co-lead fundraising activities. Guide the company’s strategy and oversee both short-term and long-term planning. Manage core finance functions such as Month-End Close as the head of Finance. Act as the escalation point for external auditors during the annual audit process. Qualifications and Experience: CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualification with several years of post-qualification experience. Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performance teams. PE/VC experience is desirable but not essential. Fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
