ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Client Strategy Lead/Director to play a critical role in shaping and delivering strategic growth for our partner brands. As a key player within the business, you will serve as a trusted advisor, designing tailored growth strategies and ensuring their successful execution. This role demands strategic acumen, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive impact across a wide range of marketing and business objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Strategy.
- Develop and deliver data-driven strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders for clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust.
- Oversee and refine multi-channel testing roadmaps to optimize marketing efforts.
- Utilize insights from our proprietary attribution solution and other analytics tools to iterate and optimize client strategies.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations and deliver performance insights in regular client-facing reports and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with Charlie Oscar’s internal teams and client in-house teams to create and execute impactful campaigns.
- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring transparent forecasting and reporting.
- Inspire and mentor team members, contributing to a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 8+ years of proven experience in strategic marketing roles, in-house or agency with a focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) and/or paid media.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- A creative mindset coupled with a resilience to thrive in a test-and-learn environment.
- Proven experience in delivering results across multiple marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Expertise in digital advertising channels and platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and a track record of managing successful campaign optimization and A/B testing.
- A genuine passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
