This approach enables deep understanding of symptoms, behavioral patterns, and the origins of psychological distress.Your responsibilities will include:Reviewing referrals and determining appropriateness for admissionConducting admission assessments and managing care plans for all young people on the unitPerforming risk assessments and regular reviewsAllocating specialist psychological treatments based on individual needsAssessing physical health needsLiaising effectively with referring teamsActing as the Responsible Clinician for young people detained under the Mental Health ActParticipating in quality improvement, inspections, and governance processesTaking part in the On Call Consultant rota #J-18808-Ljbffr
