I am currently looking for a Business Development Director for a global full-service clinical Contract Research Organization with a strong reputation, stable client base, and excellent growth record. This is a newly created role working with a high-performance global team. The organization boasts a collaborative culture and is supported by a respected commercial team and clinical experts.

This is an individual sales role, remote and home-based, focusing on the UK and Western European markets. You will be responsible for acquiring new business and managing accounts within pharma, biotech, and medical device companies across various therapeutic areas including oncology, CNS, renal, and rare diseases. Success requires a hunter mentality, a strong network, and a proven sales record in the region, selling comprehensive CRO solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales and business development targets

  • Prospecting to build a sales pipeline and generate RFPs
