As part of the newly established Professional Services team, we are seeking an experienced professional to join us in the UK/EU region. This role can be either a hybrid work model or fully remote.
The primary roles and responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Agile Product Owner for external Professional Services within the Console Connect organization: Engagement with Strategic Customer Accounts and their technical teams to understand business requirements related to digital transformation projects and funnel these requirements to Console Connect agile development teams. Track ongoing agile team development of these ideas and update management regularly on progress.
- Design Thinking Process: Collaborate with the Strategic Customer Account team to capture new customer requirements; translate these into sellable professional service packages, formulate Epics & Features for management review, and guide internal/outsourced agile Scrum teams for development.
- Identify & facilitate Customer to Sales & Presales automation projects: including Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO) and inter-carrier automation.
- API Development & Onboarding: for Console Connect’s SaaS & Telco customers and vendors, track usage, generate reports, and use tools like Postman and Swagger for testing and development.
- Solution Design Automation: Configure, Price, Quote, Inventory Check, Port reservation, and feasibility assessments.
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and iteration meetings: to track progress of Epics in the backlog.
- Reporting & Management Updates: Provide monthly status reports and track projects to completion.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Using tools like Google Data Studio, Metabase, Excel, Confluence, Jira, Trello.
- Industry Standard Participation: Engage with bodies like MEF, TM Forum, Cban, GLF to contribute to standardization efforts and certifications, including Blockchain-based inter-carrier settlements.
