Joining Golden Aviation as a Private Jet Broker you will be responsible for connecting clients with the perfect private jet travel experience tailored to their specific needs.
Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional client service and expertise within the private aviation sector.
You will work closely with clients, aircraft operators, and other internal teams to orchestrate flawless private jet charter flights.
- Role Description
- Creating a client portfolio and acquiring new clients through proactive cold calling, networking, and managing inbound inquiries.
- Showcasing a high level of expertise in aircraft and chartering procedures.
- Developing enduring and mutually advantageous relationships with both clients, aircraft operators and suppliers.
- Handling charter bookings from initial inquiry to final completion.
- Monitoring and ensuring smooth flight departures by overseeing the flight process.
- Travel – sales visits, global industry events, flights reps and empty legs.
- The Candidate
- You will be ambitious, well driven and self‑motivated.
- Experience in Aviation preferred but not required.
- You will have a proven track record in sales with an ability to exceed annual targets.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Sales, ideally in Aviation or Luxury Goods.
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented mindset, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Hardworking and flexible with working hours.
- Exceptional communication skills, fluency in a second language is an advantage.
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Must hold a full UK driver’s license, and have the ability to work within the UK.
