We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our investor community. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with accredited and institutional investors while ensuring they receive exceptional service and timely insights into their investment portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison of your portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW), Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, family offices, and corporations requiring private wealth management solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on a range of financial products including FCN, structured notes, etc.
- Onboard new Accredited Investors and Institutional Investors, ensuring smooth integration into our platform.
- Conduct annual and periodic reviews of investor accounts.
Analysis & Due Diligence
- Review financial reports and execute detailed due diligence on key stakeholders.
- Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) reports with accuracy and attention to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market news and developments, assessing potential impacts on current and upcoming investments and recommending alternative strategies when needed.
Transaction Support
- Coordinate book-building activities for new investment opportunities.
- Assist in preparing documentation for new listings.
- Facilitate meetings with prospective investors.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong existing network of HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, or corporations requiring private wealth management products and solutions.
- Relevant RM experience from private banking, priority banking, corporate banking, investment banking, securities houses, wealth management firms, or HNW insurance.
- Deep knowledge of financial markets and investment products, including fixed income instruments and structured products.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial drive.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA) or relevant certifications.
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management within financial services.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Market Coverage
- Open sky market segmentation covering any country (except sanctioned jurisdictions).
- Flexibility to serve your existing client base regardless of geographic location.
Compensation Options
